Description

Hello, and thanks for checking out my modpack, 'Home & Hearth'. This specific blend of mods will have you cultivating, developing, and defending your land at all stages of gameplay - with constant updates and support, who knows where this adventure will take you.

If you want to help improve the pack, PLEASE leave feedback below. I will respond to all constructive criticism. If you ever want to record this for a Let's Play, let me know! I'd love to watch :)
