thats an horror minegame that one player turn in a dweller and the another players try to survive (to turn in a monster, you need to be in creative and press the botton under ESC and select the dweller who you want) this minigame have an stamina system and remove your hunger bar, its alredy 4 maps and to manny killers for you choice, have fun :D
