Description
Humble Abode is a lightweight vanilla-esque mod pack that focus more on the beautiful landscape and a more realistic approach than Magic and Tech mods.
That's not to say there isn't a bit of each to keep you busy.
The Pack benefits from a realistic terrain, from Quark along with Traverse for more biome options without feeling weighed down with too much choice. Weather and Seasons for a more immersive feeling. Along with a health System that will make you question jumping down from that tree.
The pack isn't weighed down with too much armour or weapons that you will never use. Special rewards can be found for those who work for it.
- No full Vein mining, use the enchants or find tools to help you break more then one block at a time.
There are few magic mods and a quite extensive technology mod which can be found in the pack to fill the urge of most players, but they keep that more rustic approach to minecraft life.
There are custom recipes but nothing to major for those less experienced players along with custom trades to allow collection of items if you choose to play in peaceful.
Hardcore Questing Mode can be found in the pack to give you a small amount of quests to complete when you need a break from building, these quests are completely optional and don't advance you in any way.
So weather you what to build and raise a cattle farm, dig into the Natural Arts or pull a wrench out for some simple but effective tech, there is something for everyone to get their fingers on...
The pack was designed for a more relax game play, Single player and Multiplayer friendly!
Everything was also tested with and without Optifine, this was to encourage a smooth play through for those who need to run Optifine.
I recommend anything between 4-6GB is sufficient enough to run smoothly.
Always make sure to back up your saves when updating the pack!
I've had so much fun making this pack, I hope you thoroughly enjoy it as much as i have making it.
