[Ianca] Horror Modpack

Welcome to a Minecraft experience where something is always wrong.

This modpack focuses on psychological horror, mystery, and atmosphere, where staying alive is not only about having enough food or equipment, but also about maintaining your sanity. Instead of relying only on jumpscares and constant combat, it creates a feeling of paranoia, isolation, and uncertainty through strange sounds, unsettling events, unexpected changes, and mysterious encounters.

Camps are essential for survival. Finding a safe place to set up a camp gives you somewhere to recover and maintain your sanity while exploring the world. They also serve as important spawnpoints, giving you a safe place to return to when things inevitably go wrong. The further you travel, the more important it becomes to establish camps and make sure you always have somewhere safe to come back to.

Explore dark places, gather resources, build temporary shelters, and carefully choose where to establish your next camp. The world may become increasingly dangerous the farther you go, and being caught without a nearby camp can turn a simple expedition into a fight for survival.

Not everything you see or hear may be what it seems, and sometimes the scariest part is simply not knowing what is real.

The modpack was originally created as a personal project for me and my friends to play together and experience a creepy version of Minecraft. After putting everything together and having fun with it, I decided to publish it on CurseForge and share it with other players who enjoy psychological horror.
