It's Better Balanced

It's Better Balanced enhances vanilla Minecraft by adding and removing features to make the game much more enjoyable. 

The entire goal of this modpack is to make vanilla feel more enjoyable again, without ruining the core game. Common complaints amongst players have been that the game is too straightforward, the playthrough is always the same, or the fact that Mojang doesn't add all the mobs from the mob vote. This fixes that. 

It's Better Balanced is exactly what Minecraft should be. 

Think of it as if devs released a giant update, fixing what went wrong to the game. Some previously existing mechanics of the game are changed or reworked, while other mechanics are left the same. On top of that, many new items, blocks, and mobs, are thoughtfully added. Many of which were introduced in previous mob votes. However, they all retain that vanilla feel. And of course, game-balancing features are brought in. In addition, many backported mods are added from the 1.21 Tricky Trails update.
