The world feels familiar, like somewhere you’ve been before in a dream you can’t fully remember. The grass is dull, the colors faded, as if time itself has worn them down. At first everything seems normal—trees sway, animals wander, the sun rises and sets—but the longer you stay, the more the silence starts to press in. There are paths in the dirt you don’t remember making. Corners of structures that look used. It feels less like a new world and more like one you’ve returned to after being gone for far too long.

As night falls, the world begins to slip. Shadows stretch where they shouldn’t, and textures distort like corrupted memories trying to resurface. Some mobs stop moving when you look at them, as if waiting for something. Caves feel wrong—too deep, too quiet—and you get the sense that the world is watching you explore it, learning how you move. Whatever was here before you didn’t leave cleanly. It’s still present in the blocks, in the air, in the way the world hesitates before loading new land. It almost feels like I'm the monster here...
