Description

    1. This is a vanilla+ pack, and is used on the JasdoSMP.
      The server incorporates a variety of mods for a vanilla+ experience. The most important changes to the game you need to know are:
       
      Night time:
      • Most nights are now completely pitch black.
      • Creatures lurk in the darkness of Alpine biomes, and will stalk players who step outside of the light.
      • Building safe, well-lit structures or establishing large cities will be the best way to survive the night.
       
      Upgraded biomes:
      • Most biomes have received small make overs to make them more visually pleasing and exciting to explore.
      • Forests now have trees that are realistically tall, no more bumping into leaves with your head.
      • The ocean is now 3x as deep, with a new blind mob called the "Thrasher" that lurks in the deep.
       
      Technology:
      • New tech can be accessed from the early game, to allow players to progress towards goals such as security or space travel.
       
      Farming:
      • Tonnes of new recipes have been added for people who want to forage and cook new meals.
       
      The Deep Dark:
      • The Deep Dark now offers new armour, ores and loot, incentivising players to go down into the depths.
      • Killing the Warden will help unlock the gateway at the centre of the Ancient City.
       
      1.20 Backport:
      • With the release of version 1.20, features such as the cherry blossom biome, bamboo and artefacts have been back-ported to the server.
