This modpack is made for small servers or budget computers with limited specs, it can also be played by players who don't want a gigantic list of mods. It is quite simple and stays close to vanilla Minecraft. It adds a few dimensions, some tech, and plenty more mobs and animals, and if you really want a fight, beware of the bosses...
