IMPORTANT!

Some older devices which do not support Vulkan will not be able to use this modpack. Please check if your device, specifically your iGPU/GPU, supports it!

COMPATIBILITY

This beta modpack is an attempt to use the newer graphics API, Vulkan, as opposed to OpenGL, with the goal of optimizing the game. Vulkan API is a newer alternative to OpenGL, with better performance. However, as a tradeoff, many mods are incompatible with the API as much of their code needs to be updated.

The modpack is especially useful for low-end but somewhat new and mid-end devices that struggle to get a playable framerate.

Vulkan Mod is still in development and thus, you may encounter some bugs. Sadly I can not fix them.

Performance

Test 1

The following test was conducted with the following conditions:

CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 5405U @2.30GHz

RAM: 6GB (allocated RAM)

OS: Windows 11

Settings: Provided with modpack

Average FPS: 57
