About

Description

First of all, if you are viewing this on the new Beta CurseForge website, not everything will be visible as the website is terrible, delete the "beta" from the URL to get the old actually good website back.

Kitchen Cauldron is a pack designed with basically only magical and exploration mods. No power systems, no RF, FE, EU. There are some non magical mods as well, like storage options and so on, but no electronics! There is a ton of things to explore like new dungeons, new bosses, new dimensions, however there are no biome specific mods added, keeping terrain generation as natural as possible for 1.19.2. There is a very intensive end game (see Images!) available if desired but this is in no way an expert mode pack. You actually start with an Orb of Temporary Flight in your inventory, this will grant 5 minutes of creative flight, so you can find the perfect spot to settle down!

Trinkets and dimensions galore! From mods like Cataclysm, The Twilight Forest, Blue Skies, The Undergarden, Enigmatic Legacy, Artifacts, Reliquary, and much more, you will be overflowing in awesome loot and places to explore!

Quite a few building mods are present like Framed Blocks, Block Carpentry, Decorative Blocks, Construction Wand, the whole Macaw's suite, and more.

Minor recipe tweaks exist for some things to include some more magical materials but nothing crazy, this is in no way an expert mode pack. However, there are some very end game ridiculous recipes for all creative items and the Angel Ring involving Extended Crafting and just about every resource available.

FTB Quests is present with around 1000 quests in total, but quests are in no way required. They are mostly there to show progression paths and explain things, while there are rewards there is nothing overwhelming or overpowered. Custom Trophies are available from Trophy Manager if you do care for quests, being rewarded for completions of entire chapters.

Full ore (and wood!) processing support has been added for all available ore types and processing options, even some custom ones have been added. Plenty of custom recipes have been added for a variety of things to help with convenience, consistency, or just to add more cross mod compatibility and interaction. A small example is a variation of stone type resource generation using a Mana Pool from Botania with custom catalysts.

Explore, have 10+ different "mana" sources, kill many bosses, loot tons of structures, and obtain the unobtainable!

The main magic system mods would be:

  • Ars Nouveau (and addons)
  • Botania
  • Occultism
  • EvilCraft
  • Nature's Aura
  • Roots Classic
  • ElementalCraft
  • Hexerei
  • Hex Casting
  • Mahou Tsukai

Some more larger end mods would be:

  • Forbidden & Arcanus
  • Reliquary
  • Waystones
  • Enigmatic Legacy
  • Artifacts
  • Skill Cloaks
  • Spirit
  • Meet Your Fight
  • Cataclysm
  • Twilight Forest
  • The Undergarden
  • Blue Skies

With 200+ mods there is quite a bit more to explore but those are just some bigger ones to note. Rubidium and addons are present as well as quite a few performance mods. Oculus provides the ability to use shaders, and Complimentary Shaders is present as well.

General updates will mostly be done on a weekly basis.

To my dearest Lashmak, if you ever happen to be interested in this modpack, I will do everything in my power to continue making everything as purple as possible.
