About This Pack
This is a Fabric 1.21.1 Vanilla+ client pack designed for my multiplayer Minecraft server. The goal is simple: make Minecraft feel bigger, smoother, more convenient, and more rewarding to explore without completely changing the game into something unrecognizable.
The pack focuses on expanding the existing Minecraft experience rather than replacing it. There are no massive technology trees, complicated magic systems, or new dimensions to learn. Instead, the world you already know has more things to discover, more enemies to fight, better structures, improved terrain, useful quality-of-life features, and significantly better client performance.
Exploration & Adventure
Exploration is a major focus of the server. The world features improved terrain generation, enhanced vanilla structures, additional structures, and more interesting locations to discover.
You'll also encounter new creatures, enemies, and bosses throughout your adventures. Some are relatively harmless additions to the world, while others are designed to provide considerably more challenging encounters for properly equipped players.
Despite the additional content, progression remains centered around traditional Minecraft survival.
Quality of Life
The pack includes several improvements intended to remove unnecessary frustration while preserving survival gameplay.
Features include:
- Minimap and full world map
- Waypoints
- Improved inventory management
- Better item and block information
- Recipe browsing
- Backpack support
- Grave/death recovery
- Improved structure loot
- Tree chopping and vein mining support
- Proximity voice chat
- Various interface improvements
Performance
The pack includes several optimization mods designed to improve FPS, reduce unnecessary rendering work, improve memory usage, and generally make Minecraft run more smoothly.
Players with weaker computers can disable optional visual features and shaders while retaining the core multiplayer experience.
Shaders
Shader support is included through Iris, with multiple shader options intended for different levels of hardware.
Shaders are completely optional. You can play without them for maximum performance or choose a shader preset that works well with your system.
Multiplayer
This pack is primarily designed as the client companion for my private multiplayer server. It contains the client-side and shared mods necessary to get the intended server experience without requiring players to manually locate and configure everything themselves.
Simply install the pack, launch it through CurseForge, and connect to the server.
Design Philosophy
The goal is essentially:
Minecraft, but more.
More exploration.
More structures.
More creatures.
More bosses.
Better quality of life.
Better performance.
All while keeping the familiar survival, building, mining, exploration, and progression that makes Minecraft Minecraft.
