Is it really "lite" as the name suggests?
That depends on your definition of lite. It needs a minimum of 2GB of RAM on the client. Tho I recommend 3GB as minecraft does like it's memory.
No recipe has been changed! This gives it the "vanilla-mod" experience, meaning all the recipes are like the mod maker intended them to be.
This doesn't really make it easier as all the mobs are tougher and when the sun goes down you can't see a thing!
Power consumption on some machines has also been changed (increased).
