Lobotomy Adventures: Patient 109

- "The lobotomy has been a complete success; patient 109 has shown signs of improvement and will once again be a cheerful citizen fit for society. However, today he has slept for more than 16 days and appears to be in a deep slumber... We will keep watch until he finally wakes up."

You are patient 109; that’s all you know. You will walk through a world where the term "common sense" slowly fades away. You don’t know what has happened, nor what will happen. You were simply released after a successful surgery—a supposed cure for your condition—that has only condemned you to wander, unaware of what seeks to harm you, oblivious to what is happening around you, and, of course, unsure of what is real and what is not. You will have to survive without even knowing if you still exist, trying not to lose the little sanity you have left.
