Description

Lovkar's MineColonies Ultimate is a cozy, colony-focused NeoForge 1.21.1 pack built around MineColonies - and around making your colony feel alive.
Discord: discord.gg/BVztrTtXFu - questions, dev builds and bug reports.
What makes it special
- Your colonists talk, and they listen. With Talking Colonists and the Colonist Errands addon, you speak to citizens and things actually happen: send them to eat, to the hospital or to build; run logistics, guards, patrols and raids by voice; and what a colonist tells you is checked against the colony's real state first. (Voices need a free Google Gemini API key, which you enter yourself in the mod's config.)
- Expeditions to the End. The Voyager profession flies expeditions from a Launchpad or an End Gate and comes back with a haul - end stone, chorus, shulker shells, the occasional elytra… if they come back at all. Voyagers even tell you how the trip went.
- Walls, and wars between colonies. Colonies at War gives your colony curtain walls the Builder really builds and upgrades, Wall Towers whose guards walk the wall, and a War Room that hires knights and rangers who march instead of defending. Wars are declared by hand and never start on their own - but once one does, there is plunder, ransom, sieges that arrive as real raids, and a peace to negotiate afterwards. Or load a convoy, send it with an escort, and make an ally instead.
- Somebody is robbing the neighbours. Colonist Thieves adds a Hideout and a Thief who slips out at night to rob a barbarian camp, a village, a temple or another colony. How hard a target is depends on what is really standing there - the guards it hired, the wall it built, what its warehouse holds. He comes home clean, seen, or not at all.
- Giants are sleeping under the hills. The Waking World buries six kinds of forty-block colossi in the land, each built from the blocks around its own shrine, and leaves the letters of dead men to lead you to them. Meanwhile the world acts on its own: stars fall, a mountain builds itself over an hour, a tornado walks across the countryside - and walled kingdoms form their own opinion of you. March on one and it marches back.
- Magic and food. The full Ars Nouveau family for spellcrafting, and the Farmer's Delight ecosystem (plus a dozen delight add-ons) for feeding your colony.
- A living world. Towns & Towers, Better Dungeons / Mineshafts / Strongholds, Terralith, Corail Tombstone, Waystones, Sophisticated Storage & Backpacks, JourneyMap and quality-of-life throughout.
- Shaders included. Complementary (Unbound & Reimagined), BSL, Bliss and Photon ship with the pack via Iris.
Multiplayer
Plays great solo or in co-op. In multiplayer, only the host needs a Gemini API key for the talking colonists.

Requirements & notes
- Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.x (installed automatically by the CurseForge app).
- Voices are optional - without a Gemini key the colonists simply stay quiet; everything else works.
- Made by Lovkar. Colonist Errands, Voyager, Colonist Thieves, Colonies at War and The Waking World are my own mods (GPL-3.0, source on GitHub); all other mods belong to their respective authors - thank you!
