Lux Craft

Where will your adventure take you, will you explore the ruins of the land or conquer the vast perils. This modpack contains many different mods such as Biomes O' Plenty and Silent's Gems, this modpack is for 1.16 only. This Mod is for a server I'm creating. To install follow the instructions below.

SETUP & INSTALLATION

Automatic Install (recommended):

CURSEFORGE LAUNCHER:  The Twitch Launcher is being replaced with curseforge's own launcher which you can download here:  https://curseforge.overwolf.com/

This is the easiest way to install LuxCraft.  Link your Minecraft game, go to browse modpacks, find LuxCraft and install, click play, that's it!

Anyone moving from the Twitch launcher to the CurseForge launcher will still automatically keep all profiles and modpacks.

Manual Install (advanced users only):

• FORGE:  The latest version of Forge for 1.16.4 should work.

• PARAMETERS:  From what I was able to test, the default 1GB of RAM that is allocated won't be enough.  Recommend allocating 5 to 6GB's of RAM.  You can do this by going to Launch Options, enabling JVM Arguments, and changing "-Xmx1G" to "-Xmx4G".  My JVM Arguments looks like this:

-Xmx4G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M

• FILES:  Make sure there is nothing in your Mods or Config folders, then copy the folders over from this modpack into your Minecraft directory.

• OPTIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS:  I'd personally recommend the use of Optifine
