M.A.M.

This is a cozy but adventure-rich NeoForge modpack designed for small multiplayer groups and families. It was originally created for my two daughters, with a focus on fun, exploration, and creativity rather than complexity or grind.

The pack enhances vanilla Minecraft while keeping its core feeling intact. Exploration is a major focus, with improved world generation featuring new and varied structures from Moog’s structures, better villages (including swamp villages), underwater content, and more rewarding exploration through better treasure maps and large ore deposits.

Progression is expanded but remains accessible. Mods like Silent Gear, Better Combat, Easy Magic, and Enchantment-related improvements allow players to customize gear without excessive grinding. Small tweaks such as Fortune Ancient Debris and ore improvements help smooth late-game progression without breaking balance.

Building and decoration are strongly supported with mods like Rechiseled, Connected Glass, Macaw’s building mods (doors, furniture, fences), and multiple lighting options. This makes it easy to create detailed and cozy bases.

Quality-of-life is a core pillar of the pack:

• Carry On and Inventory Essentials for smoother gameplay

Multiplayer is supported with forgiving mechanics like Corpse and PlayerRevive, reducing frustration when playing together.

The pack also expands peaceful gameplay with farming, cooking, and animals through Farming for Blockheads, Cooking for Blockheads, Aquaculture 2, and Animal Garden, giving players plenty to do beyond combat.

Additional immersion comes from small but impactful mods like Comforts (sleeping bags & hammocks), Natural Healing Control, and visual improvements via shaders support.

Overall, this is a friendly, exploration-focused modpack where players can build, farm, explore, and fight with minimal frustration. It’s ideal for casual multiplayer, families, and anyone who wants a richer Minecraft experience without heavy tech or complex magic systems.
