📖 The Story

The world is broken.

Eons ago, ancient "Constructors" attempted to create a perfect reality by fusing the Logic of Gears (Technology) with the Energy of the Soul (Magic). They failed. The fusion was imperfect and nearly destroyed reality. To save their creation, they sealed their knowledge into two separate halves, strictly forbidding their interaction.

Now, that Seal is weakening. Dimensional rifts are tearing the world apart. A new lodge of "Arcanotechnicians"—you—has discovered the truth: The Seal cannot be repaired; it must be replaced.

In Mecania, you don't choose a path. You create a new one.

🔗 The Forced Fusion (Core Mechanic)

This is not a "kitchen sink" modpack where everyone plays alone. Mecania is built upon custom KubeJS scripts that deeply intertwine the main mods. You cannot progress in Technology without Magic, and vice versa.

• Want to build a Create Steam Engine? You will need a Source Gem from Ars Nouveau.

• Trying to craft an advanced Spell Core? It requires a Precision Mechanism from Create.

• Seeking the atomic power of Mekanism? Prepare to infuse it with the life essence of Botania.

🎯 Your Objective

This pack is optimized for a Co-op experience (ideal for 4 players) where specialized roles are encouraged: The Engineer, The Physicist, The Mage, and The Naturalist.

1. Follow the FTB Quests book that guides you through the narrative.

2. Master the four great disciplines: Create, Ars Nouveau, Mekanism, and Botania.

3. Close dangerous dimensional rifts and defeat bosses from Cataclysm and Born in Chaos.

4. Forge the "Equilibrium Core" in the Arcanotechnical Forge to stabilize reality and win the game.
