Melk official

This is the official modpack of the melk discord server.

It's a pack meant for friends of which some have no modded experience. As such it's a vanilla plus pack with a few big mods in there. The goal was to create a chill pack which can be enjoyed by all kinds of players.

For builders there's a whole host of decoration mods like chisel:reborn, chipped, domum ornamentum and mods that add furniture like mrcrayfish's furniture and handcrafted.

For the more tech savvy players there is create which has a lot of possibilities and can be used to create formidable machines.

For the more explorative types there are mods like terralith which change the world generation to create prettier worlds as well as the trek datapack which modifies the exesting minecraft structures to make them more varied while only using vanilla blocks. If any explorers are interested in new animals there is also Alex's mobs and critters and companions both of which add a lot of animals to find in the world.

As this pack is intended for experienced and less experienced minecraft players it is not a difficult, hardcore or combat heavy pack. Most hostile creatures from Alex's mobs don't naturally spawn in this pack except for the ones that are real animals.

It is not a big pack and a minimum of 4GB should be enough to run the pack although I would recommend 6GB and maybe even 8GB if you're planning to run it with shaders and distant horizons.
