Meme Pack for Pals

Note that there may be major balance problems across and within mods due to Project E. I know this. I accept this. Project E is a nightmare to balance around, and this is just a pack for fun, rather than for any particular challenge. You could always slap in minetweaker and futz with the P:E recipes to make them more difficult should you feel the need.

Basically, this slaps together a whole bunch of magic mods, with a bare minimum of tech. It doesn't offer too many unique features, but that's because I'm just making it to be filled with mods I personally enjoy. And I don't really like tech mods. So i didn't include many.

It's relatively unique because it's one of the only packs i've ever seen include both Zelda Sword Skills and Project E.
