This pack does require optifine which has to be downloaded separate due to Curseforge rules. You can download the correct version of optifine here: https://optifine.net/adloadx?f=OptiFine_1.12.2_HD_U_G5.jar&x=284a
Just place it in your mod folder and everything should be good to go!
