Miners of Mayhem
No reviews yet
A modpack that doesn't intend to add unfamiliar content like new ores and tables, and instead fleshes out what Minecraft already offers. In a lightly intense way.
Fabric is a mod loader for versions 1.14+ of Minecraft, particularly popular for client side and optimization mods.

About
Description

Mounts of Mayhem too easy? Experience it with some challenge! This pack is designed to be played in Hardcore, with a lot of vanilla expansion elements to both help and hinder you. Due to there being no datapack loader for this version, please remember to load the datapacks into your world.

- Overhauled and difficult mob AI and spawning rules
- When dying in multiplayer, they can run to you and revive you if they make it in time
- In addition to the new Spear, a mid-point is added: Rapiers
- Tiers of bows and crossbows (finally)
- The Mace being the only "special" weapon doesn't sit with me, so 4 new ones: Chakram, Whip, Battle Axe, and Spiked Shield
- The Mace can be enchanted with channeling now, allowing it to strike foes with lightning upon striking.
- Improved trial chambers: some new rooms, new mobs, and new variations
- End Portal requires special eyes you acquire while exploring
- Structures overhauled to be more visually impressive
- Mobs pick up any dropped items, have a chance to spawn armoured, and an even rarer chance to be augmented
- Many new enchants (see https://github.com/tannerdalen/enchantology/blob/main/enchantments.md)
- Better vanilla functions, such as:
- Cartographers give maps to ancient cities
- Swap full armour sets quick at armour stands
- Mending is improved
- Nautilus can be put in a bucket
- Bundles can throw potions
- HUD for having compass/clock in hotbar
- Improved overlays
- Curses make the item name red, but don't say which curses
- Compasses that can bring you to and from lodestones
- New potion that will take you to your death
- Further expands the Copper update
- Earth & Water versions of the Blaze to complement the Breeze
- New Linked and Echo chests for utility
- Late-game book that can store XP
- New reusable ender pearl
- More armour trims and elytra trims
- Nether slightly improved
- More raider variants
- Various structures to improve newer biomes, such as the frozen biomes, cherry grove, mangrove, and pale forest
- Fishing & aquatic life expansion
- Mooshroom expansion
- Stronger end dragon fight
- More food options
- A few more small things...
