Description
Welcome to Fabrica: Ultimate Edition (Also known as Mod Fabrica)
This modpack is the fourth release of a series of modpacks made for a closed friends+ server. However, this release will be the first publicly released version. It is also the first Mod Fabrica modpack that offers quests.
A Dropbox link to the server files for setting up the modpack on servers can be found here!
Please note that this modpack is a big modpack with 291 mods in total. It is recommended to have at least 8 GB of RAM allocated to run this pack for single-player use. However, it has also been seen loading with 6-7 GB of RAM.

The pack offers a hybrid experience which will take its players through time in tiers of technology, industry, magic, and exploration. There are 1200+ quests in this pack spread out into 9 questlines in total. Each questline will have multiple quest branches in them. The 3 main questlines are Industry, Magic, and Discovery.
Mods have been put into tiers (or stages) which will be unlocked the more you explore into the different quest trees. Most mods will therefore have their recipes completely hidden until reached. Most mods when reached will, however, keep their original recipes. That way they will still be the mods you know and love. There are exceptions, though, as some mods or items from mods have been adjusted for balancing purposes.

As mentioned before, there are 9 questlines in the modpack. However, looking at the main three ones (industry, magic, and discovery) we will here tell you what mods you should expect to see:
Industry offers quests about mods like Tinker’s Construct, Create, Immersive Engineering, Thermal Series, Mekanism and more! Progressing through these quest branches unlocks different rewards in the form of technological advantages such as access to Guns and having drivable Vehicles.
Magic offers quest about exploring three different magical paths which includes mods such as Botania, Astral Sorcery, Blood Magic, Ars Nouveau, Vampirism, Mahou Tsukai and more!
Discovery offers exploration and boss battling quests about mods like Alex’s Mobs, Twilight Forest, Rats, Draconic Evolution, Progressive Bosses and more!
Industry and Magic as the two absolute primary questlines each offers at some point a way to generate resources too, but not until later tiers, though! (Unless you know where to look!)
Quests are hidden until reached. The modpack is about exploring and discovering, and that means you just have to try yourself with quests to see if they lead you to the places you want to go!
Quests are also made to be very instructive often with images guiding progression which should make even new player to modding be able to get into mods and learn them more easily.

Q: I have a very good or decent enough computer that should be able to run the modpack, why am I only getting about 20 fps?
A: A very common issue we have found under testing is that especially laptops sometimes use the integrated graphics card instead of the main one when playing. Make sure that CurseForge java runtime uses your main graphics card in the graphics card’s control panel.
Q: My Minecraft crashed upon loading the modpack with an error, what do I do?
A: Sometimes, not often, Minecraft fails loading certain mods. Simply try again. If you get the same error over and over again, then please comment your error in the comments or contacts us in other ways if they are available.
Got bug reports or issues? For now, use the comment section to report! We will likely get a Discord up and running later if necessary for feedback handling.
