Modern City RPG

Minecraft Modern RPG:
You just arrived Downtown, in a massive city with many houses, apartments, businesses, traffic, and plenty of things to do. With the starting cash you have, you must live your new life in the city. The rules are a bit different, but there is still a ton of freedom. In the city, you can:
Buy and own property. Each property can be bought and sold, There are 59 properties total (as of the Alpha), ranging from apartments to townhomes to houses. They all have security installed, but once you own the property, you can do anything you want with it (as long as you only modify that property).
Earn Money by doing jobs and exploring. There are 8 jobs you can do around the city (again, as of the Alpha), where you can make money just casually or go all in on your business. You can also set up a personal shop in the shopping district and sell things you have made or anything you no longer need. There are also a few quests that you can do around that will give reward you as well.
Explore the city. There are a ton of things to explore, lots of hidden things to find, and plenty to see. You can buy a car and drive around the city, meet up with other people and hang out, or just watch the sunset and rise. There is transportation by tram that takes you throughout the entire city. Many of the areas are accessible, and many more will be made in the future.
