Summary

This modpack is intended for cooperative multiplayer play. Increased difficulty or complexity has been introduced into nearly every aspect of the game. Care has been taken to balance the gameplay to provide a fun peaceful experience for those who like that, and great challenges for those who seek it.

Features

EnvironmentZ, Enemy Echelons, Spawn Balance Utility, and Dungeon Difficulty

These mods make peaceful areas more pleasant, and makes harsh environments more difficult. It also makes monsters more dangerous the deeper you dig.

These encourage players to live closer together, and also encourages players to work together to explore dangerous lands.

No Sleep, Hardcore Torches, and True Darkness

No more skipping night, and caves are pitch black, and torches burn out. Encourages building defenses and finding alternative light sources.

Mini Dynamic Lights, Healing Campfire, No Hostiles Around Campfire, Phantom Config

To counter balance the difficulty increases due to the dark, several mods make it a little easier to play at night.

Dehydration, Fluid Physics, Erosion, Immersive Weathering, and Saplanting

Now you need to stay hydrated, but water is limited and more difficult to manage.
Also, forests will quickly become overgrown and filled with monsters unless the land is properly managed.

Excavators, Hammers, Crooks, Tree Axes, Luggage, and Grappling hooks

Again, to counter balance the added difficult introduced from water and trees, new tools are added to improve the quality of life.
