About

Description

The starting inspiration for this pack was memories of the old days of minecraft modding. Back when Technic was basically the only 'big' and 'public' pack and was still served as a .zip file. The basis for this pack was to start for a solid foundation of graphical and performance enhancing mods, furthered by QOL Improvements. As such mods like Better Folliage and Ambient Sounds 3 were Chosen aswell as a Mini-Map Mod. The pack soon evolved into a want for more than the 'vanilla' playthrough, while I was pleased with the small assortment of mods I had already put together, I felt it still didn't feel like the old days of minecraft it was missing a certain, flair. I than proceeded to add mods such as Buildcraft and Mo' Creatures as they were fond memories and some of the earliest mods I had ever played with, conviniently they were a large part of what made the technic pack so popular, they were both unique and game changing mods that truly evolved minecraft far beyond it's 'simple sandbox' gamestyle.

After a little bit of thought and some testing I'm happy to share what I think is a great little pack for both multiplayer and singeplayer experiences, I'd consider this a 'light' modpack though it's certainly not a 'Vanilla+' level of light. Welcome to Mystcraft!
Happy Crafting All!
