NANOTTIPACK
v 0.9.9 (not 1 because it's cool)
Nanottiland, land of yes but also of no. This modpack is (bleep), but it will completely change your view of the world of Minecraft, turning it into a version (at least in our opinion) closer to Minecraft 2.
Let's take a look at what's in here, and start with the big stuff (much beeg). First of all, you're in Minecraft, but with two extra dimensions: the Twilight Forest (mod of the same name) and the Aether (yes, you guessed it, mod of the same name; in this case we've also included the Lost Content addon), so you'll be able to explore a total of 5 dimensions with lots of different mobs, including flying pigs - we're not kidding - and lots of new items.
What, did someone say teleport? No, this is actually a text file and nobody can talk, but WE said teleport: thanks to the Waystones extension you can teleport wherever you want, in return we only need 2 million XP, cash (price subject to change, depends on how we feel).
We did all this because we hope you can always find your way home this way, also because we have added a GIGAENORMOUS amount of new biomes, thanks to mods like Biomes O'Plenty, Terralith and Tectonic.
It would be great if this vast and varied world was also dynamic, wouldn't it?
WOULDN'T IT?
Well, it is: thanks to the Serene Seasons mod, on Nanottiland you'll find a 4-season cycle (2 seasons for deserts and jungles, dry season and rainy season), with the various types of fruit and vegetables reacting dynamically to climate change (for example, don't even think about planting cherries in winter).
Incredible as it may sound, we haven't stopped there, in fact, we're not even at the beginning: thanks to various structure reshape mods, you'll find a world full of wonders to discover and explore, thanks to Yung's Better Structures and Towns & Towers (ah, a little birdie told us he encountered villagers in the clouds, what did he mean? We think he just had a little too much to drink...).
Since you'll find so many different structures and biomes in Nanottiland, we've also decided to cater to those who love to explore: in fact, thanks to the Comforts and Sophisticated Backpacks mods, you'll be able to craft backpacks and sleeping bags so that you don't have to build a house every time you want to get some sleep (yes, we're against unbridled capitalism and that really ugly thing called private property, did you know that?). If you're a lazy sod, no problem, we've thought of you too, you can build hammocks so you can laze around the garden all day!
What do you say? Are you fans of real estate? ~~ Damn you and your desire for private property! ~~ We thought of you too! Thanks to MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod, you can furnish your home with a wide variety of furniture (even a rainbow chair, we're not kidding, again). As if that weren't enough, you can also build your own mailboxes and exchange love letters with other players on the other side of the world (shipping costs vary depending on the type of courier used, in any case we are not responsible for this).
Hate your neighbour and want to show him off with class? You can do it! With the Diagonal Fences and Connectible Chains mods you can create fences in dubious geometric shapes (even diagonal) or you can create a perimeter of chains, maybe even add some customised shrubs. After all, we all know that hatred must be shown with the utmost class.
You want more? Get this burst! Vertical slabs? Check. Enchanting revamp? Check. Crafting tables revamp? Check. Acoustics revamp? Check. Revamp of shulker boxes? Whatever, you guessed it, we did a lot of revamps. We dare you to discover them all! (prizes subject to change)
There are actually many other mods (of which, it must be said, some are optional, but really NO) that significantly improve QoL (Quality of Life, Gianluca) of the game, otherwise it would be no closer to Minecraft 2 than Minecraft.
Is all this free? Well, yes, but not really. PAY US~ To include all these mods we had to give up something. What, you say?
Well.
DISCORD.
NO. WE'RE NOT JOKING THIS TIME EITHER (you should have realised this 4 jokes ago).
We decided to put 'our Discord' directly in the game, and we didn't limit ourselves to that, we even improved it: thanks to the proximity chat, if your neighbour is too noisy, you can simply close the door to your house (or at most move a little further away, in case you are like us and hate private property and therefore don't have a house and consequently don't have a door to close) and enjoy your well-deserved peace of mind.
We would like to tell you many other things about Nanottiland, but we don't do that otherwise there would be no point for you to play.
Now download this modpack, install it and see you in Nanottiland!
With love,
M&M
P.S.:To enjoy the experience to the fullest, we recommend installing these optional Client-Side mods not included in the modpack:
- Optifine 1.20.1 (47.2.18/HD_U_I6) (actually you have to install this one regardless, otherwise you are Bad People™);
- Farsight
