With the texture pack, you are unable to see armor and hunger, but health has also changed (is visible throught First Aid Enhanced)

Primity removes tree punching, and stone and wooden tools are disabled. Cast iron must be made before iron can be obtained, and there are little mods to help assist with your life (for better or for worse.)
