Necohydra

Necohydra is a version 1.20.1 hack and slash RPG based modpack, which contains something
for everyone - whether you like combat, building, tech, exploration, farming, or even just vibing!

About:

This modpack is heavily centered around the mod Mine and Slash. Your standard Minecraft progression is based on randomized gear drops. Various items are randomly generated with different stats, and rarities.

Each and every piece of gear is unique, so collect and try different combinations!
Necohydra started off as a private modpack for my friends, but I like the thought of uploading the modpack for easy access, and so that I can build a small community!

Features:

• Aesthetics: A custom made vanilla+ texturepack, and performance friendly shaderpack that add a distinct atmosphere.
• Immersion: Built in voice chat, several additional particles and visuals, and sound physics.
• Worldgen: Severely modified for explorers! Several biomes across all dimensions are added, and existing ones are overhauled.
• Compatibility: Mods that optimize performance are included. Controllers are also supported right out of the box.
• Building: Thousands of block variants, extra and hidden buttons, and additional block placements (particularly vertical blocks). Let your imagination run wild!
• Tech: Build contraptions with Create, which is also integrated within the other mods in this pack.

Minecraft Server:

We have an official ingame server for this pack, that is active and runs nearly 24/7!

For security reasons, and in order to ensure that all players receive the best and safest experience possible, a whitelist system in set up on the server. You can get whitelisted by agreeing to the server rules in this Google Form!

Our Minecraft server and Discord server have integrated chat messages between each other!
