At the heart of the modpack lies Terralith, a fundamental overhaul of world generation. Prepare to discover a Minecraft world like never before. Terralith adds almost 100 brand-new biomes while simultaneously revamping vanilla biomes with improved features. From realistic landscapes like Yellowstone and the Highlands to fantastical places like the floating Skylands and the mystical Moonlight Groves – the Overworld offers an endless variety of terrain types, including canyons, shattered biomes, and deep ocean trenches. The underground is also revolutionized by Terralith: New cave biomes, unique cave shapes, and caves made entirely of alternative stone types ensure that exploring the depths is just as exciting as the surface.

The animal world is brought to life by Variants&Ventures, which seamlessly integrates new mob variants into your Minecraft world. Each variant naturally spawns in relevant biomes and can also be encountered in dungeons or trial chambers, adding an extra layer of challenge and exploration to combat. Additionally, the spawning logics for Strays, Husks, and Bogged are improved, and the possibility of finding their spawners enhances the appeal.

Friends&Foes introduces the long-awaited creatures from mob votes that were outvoted and forgotten, expanding on their concepts and adding new vanilla-like features. Encounter friendly Crabs that grant a "Reaching" status effect, or Tuff Golems that display items. For adventurers seeking new challenges and discoveries, Dungeons and Taverns offers a wealth of vanilla-like structures. From fire watch towers and taverns that blend seamlessly into the environment to challenging dungeons like the Badlands Miner Outpost and Illager Hideouts – this mod expands the vanilla feel with new exploration opportunities. It also overhauls existing vanilla structures by adjusting their loot and generation. A special highlight are the 10 new enchantments that can uniquely enhance your gear, such as "Antidote" for chestplates, "Gravity" for crossbows, or "Traveler" for boots, which allow for faster sprinting and stepping up full blocks.

In addition to exploration and new creatures, Simple Voicechat enhances social interaction on the server. Press the V key to open the voice chat GUI, and use the G key to create or join group chats. This allows you to seamlessly connect with friends, regardless of their proximity in-game, and experience your adventures together.
