Description
This is a speedrun version of my modpack Not the Bees.
For those not familiar with not the bees, it is a pack based around breeding bees for resources. Unlike traditional sky-blocks all resources are obtained via bees. The quests in the pack guide you through the basics of bee breeding and show you how to get started. From there it is up to you to use the many included mods such as immersive engineering, forestry and magical mods such as astral sorcery, thaumcraft and blood magic to complete the pack.
The quests to guide you in how to start with bees are in place, as is the bee shop and most of the features of Not the Bees.
However, the starting island has been modified to provide players with a head start. This version of the pack only supports the skyblock play mode.
You are given instant access to a small AE2 system, projectE, and a large quantity of hives. The only thing limiting your speedy progress is how quickly you can obtain EMC and unlock crafting materials with bees.
This pack now includes a secondary quest system via FTB quests. These quests are designed to be the core of the "speed-run" aspect of the pack.
To finish your speed-run it is not required to finish all the main quests.
