Painstakingly fine-tuned and optimized, this modpack should ensure smooth gameplay on mid- to high-end machines. At the bottom is a list of settings that could be tuned to make the game less graphically demanding.

‼️Important Notes:

1. This modpack alters the look and feel of the game only! No gameplay-altering mods are included! Feel free to add more mods if you wish to make it even more realistic.
2. On a good PC it runs smoothly, but you might struggle with a weaker machine. Scroll down to the Better Performance section for instructions to squeeze more FPS out of the game.
3. The modpack is built around the Eclipse shader (which doesn't show up in the Shaders menu because it's downloadable from GitHub only), but you can switch it out for any other shader if you like.

⚡ Better Performance:

Do some of the following if you're struggling for FPS:

• Optimize Distant Horizons. Worse quality of LODs and smaller render radius mean much more FPS. There are tons of YouTube videos on the topic.
• Optimize or swap out the Eclipse Shaders. Particularly the Reflections, Clouds, and Shadows menus have features you might want to turn off if they fry your graphics card. Alternatively, go for more performance-friendly shaders.
• Preload the world. Add the Chunky mod to the modpack and use it to preload lots of chunks. It will take lots of time, but it's worth it. There are YouTube videos that walk you through it.
