About

Description

Version: Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge)
Playstyle: Singleplayer modpack (RAM recommended: 6+ GB)

Welcome to Odystria, a heavy modpack developed for serious medieval questing, commerce, and vehicular exploration

What Is Odystria?

Odystria is a modpack primarily designed for a server (though anyone can enjoy it). That server is built on the pillars of questing, commerce, and travel.

You won't find waystones, /TP, or mystical road signs on Odystria. If you want to travel from one place to another, you'll need to walk or ride a horse along a road (or build a road if one doesn't yet exist). Too slow for you? No worries. You can use the vehicles on offer from Astikor Carts, Trotting Wagons, Small Ships, Immersive Aircraft, Immersive Vehicles, and even the Submarine.

On our server, commerce matters quite a bit as well. You'll be tasked with finding Lightman's currency around the world, by slaying mobs or completing quests in the capital city. You can also open your own shop in the capital, or in your own town. Maybe you'll even build a Minecolony of your own? It certainly helps with production!

Note: This is a pretty hefty modpack. We strongly recommend running this mod with a minimum of 6 GB RAM. If your PC can handle it, 8+ GB might be even better.

We were not direclty involved in the creation or development of any of the mods presented in this modpack (apart from occasionally bumming around in some of their Discord channels). Feel free to use this modpack on your own servers, play it solo, or whatever else strikes your fancy.

Learn more about the modpack and our server at our official website and be sure to drop by our Discord for a chat, too. Anyone is free to join our server and play with us, but we also reserve the right to kick/ ban trolls, debbie downers, and the otherwise generally unlikeable dregs of the modern interwebs.
