Modpack
ourple for pvrple
No reviews yet
This is just a goofy, lightweight modpack made as a gift for the small Minecraft Youtuber known as PvrpleW, because bros just silly.
Features content that solely expands on Vanilla mechanics and gameplay.
Fabric is a mod loader for versions 1.14+ of Minecraft, particularly popular for client side and optimization mods.

About
Description
Designed to run on potatoes. I tested to make sure it didn't crash from basic use. Even with a shader on, it was fine.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING THIS ON A LOWER END DEVICE. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT ACTIVATE THE REVERIE SHADER because it was for my playtesting. I have a mid-range computer, when running that, and duping a bunch of tnt, it was fine. So, potato users, who play at low render distances, should be able to enjoy this modpack thoroughly. Meant to cater to many playstyles, let you ooh and aah at it all yk.
There are various performance mods, such as mods that perform entity culling (doesn't load entities in full resolution if not looking at them).
There's also a few of my personal favorite quality of life mods that make playing a lot easier, showing you how much saturation food will give you, or letting you know what a block is just by looking at it. (Note that this doesn't apply to powdered snow)
There's also a bunch of shaders to choose from, designed to be lightweight and run on most potatoes.
Then there's some fun decor, biome, and handy utility (like backpack) mods. Just to encourage exploration, I was sure to add compatibility between the decor mods and the biome mods, to give creative freedom.
Also, theres some minor stuff in the form of resource packs, like different grass textures and sounds and yada yada, as well as more important things such as darker UI for sensitive eyes and also boundaries around ore so they're harder to miss.
