Biomes O' Plenty is an expansive biome mod for Minecraft that adds a slew of new, unique biomes to the Overworld and Nether!  To go along with the new biomes, it adds new plants, flowers, trees, building blocks, and much more!

Applied Energistics 2 is a mod for Minecraft which contains a large amount of new content, mostly centered around the concept of using Energy, and the Transformation of Energy in a unique way. Most features relate, or are part of the core mechanic, the ME Network.

Aquaculture 2

Aquaculture 2 expands the fishing system in Minecraft with over 30 new fish to catch either with a rod (any modded or vanilla rod will work!) or found swimming in the wild. It also adds a series of new rods which allows you to equip hooks & bait for additional functionality. Customized fishing Line & bobbers are also available to make your fishing rod truly unique. Modifiers & customization items can be applied in the Tackle Box, which also allows you to store additional hooks, bait, line & bobbers.
Each biome type - even modded biomes - have new types of fish that'll spruce up your fishing experience and your world with fish mobs swimming around in rivers, ponds and the ocean! The fish caught can be turned into fish fillets, the amount of fish fillets will depend on the fish (Or weight, if the config option is enabled). Furthermore, you can get shiny new loot while fishing!

Blood magic

Blood Magic is an arcane art that is practiced by mages who attempt to gather a vast amount of power through utilizing a forbidden material: blood. Even though it does grant a huge amount of power, every single action that is performed with this volatile magic can prove deadly. You have been warned.

Botania

Botania is a tech mod themed around natural magic. Gameplay is centered around creating magical flowers and devices using Mana, the power of the earth. Botania is fully playable as a standalone mod (and is designed as such), but it functions just well in conjunction with other mods.

Cyclic

This mod adds a large variety of unrelated items, tools, machines, enchantments, and a few potions.
