ABOUT

Plastek is a Tech/Magic Progression Pack with a focus on Plastic from the Tech side.

Progression is locked behind FTB Quests, and Totally Harmonius Item Stages. Certain mods or mod features will unlock as you progress through the pack.

You will advance through 7 ages of about 2,900+ quests, comprised of Main Progression, Side Quests, and Collectibles. Within each age, you will adventure through various dimensions from The Bumblezone, Twilight Forest, Deeper and Darker, Alfheim, and the Ad Astra planets. With custom ore generation, each dimension holds it's own resources required to progress.

Scaling mob difficulty works in a radius around each player. If a player in a lower age is near a player in a higher age, the difficulty will automatically balance to somewhere between each players difficulty rating.

FEATURES

Modified recipes to encourage usage of the various mods, as well as to keep things fresh for veteran players looking for a new challenge.
A per player, per age, scaling mob difficulty thanks to Improved Mobs and KubeJS.
Each age is neatly separated into Tech, Magic, Storage, Armor, Weapons, and Utility.
Fly to the Moon in a rocketship made of Cheap Plastic! As you progress you will find ways to make better plastics that will allow you to traverse further into space.
Raise your own dragons from Ice and Fire and build their Dragon Forge with newly added recipes to help your resource generation.
Resource generation mods have been balanced in a way that will require the utilization of each to automate all the resources in the pack.
Weather the seasons with Serene Seasons. Crops and trees will grow more effectively in certain seasons, unless you have the proper kind of glass!
Collect all the collectibles! These will either help power your character up, look nice placed inside your base, or on your head! Most loot from chests, and other containers have been customized to include extra collectible items to encourage exploration, and looting more chests.
Challenge a more powerful Ender Dragon from Savage Ender Dragon.

This pack is considered fully complete and will receive bug fixes, and minor updates. Major updates aren't planned unless they are absolutely necessary.

SUGGESTED WORLD SEEDS

It's advised to start your world with at least 1 structure nearby. This is just so you have a safe place to sit while you get through the initial "Read Me" quests that explain a bit about the pack, and will unlock Age 1. This isn't an absolute requirement, it will just make getting off the ground a bit easier.

Here are some suggested Seeds that you can use that have a few structures nearby:

Starting in a village will make things much easier to get off the ground. Starting with only a smaller structure nearby will be more challenging.

CLIENT

Between 6GB to 8GB minimum, or 10GB to 12GB maximum should be plenty.

4GB to 15GB depending on amount of players, server host, and hardware

MANUAL SERVER PACK

If for some reason the ServerPack for the most recent version is mismatching, it's due to the CurseForge approval process. You can make your own server pack fairly easily by following the steps below:

You can download an older Server Pack,
After unzipping the Server Pack, delete "config", "defaultconfigs", "kubejs", and "mods" from the Server Pack folder.
Open the folder for the current version of the Modpack, select "config", "defaultconfigs", "kubejs", and "mods" then copy > paste them to the Server Pack folder.
Delete the 18 mods listed below from the newly pasted Mods folder in the Server Pack directory
Accept the eula.txt
Run startserver.bat to start the server!
