Play the Earf

This modpack was a  side project to allow for easier server setup and maintenance than other heavy packs, which has slowly transformed into a formal release. The overall purpose of the modpack is to provide a simple playing experience that has mostly ease of building and decorative mods. No prior experience in modded Minecraft is necessary, but some of the mods may transform the game in ways that make playing more streamlined and simplistic. This pack includes an actively curated, hand-selected group of mods that are ideal for lower-end computers and anyone's first foray into modded gameplay. There are no tricks or difficult paths to follow, rather every mod either is solely decorative or building in nature. If you are an expert at modded Minecraft, this pack is probably not for you, unless you are trying to introduce friends into the world of modded Minecraft.

This pack has its roots and inspiration from early modpacks like the original Technic and FTB, but without an emphasis on mods that drastically change gameplay. Quality of life mods, like WAILA and FastLeafDecay are included in order to streamline the early game process, and provide key information. Other mods, like ProjectE, are included but can easily be trimmed down or limited from a multiplayer perspective.

There is no gating in this mod; nor is there a quest-line to actively follow. Rather, all options are available at the start to allow players to experience the full range of convenience and options for a building-oriented modpack. 

The key mods include: Better Builders wands, ProjectE, Quark, and WAILA. Other mods are included, however they are not set in stone and will likely be modified.
