Project:MindBreak is a hardcore horror survival modpack set in a decaying, abandoned city where reality itself begins to fracture. Designed to be one of the most terrifying Minecraft experiences available today, this pack blends psychological horror, realistic survival mechanics, and relentless atmosphere to push players to their limits.
You’ll face twisted mobs, dynamic events, and ambient threats that react to your actions. Every sound, shadow, and structure is crafted to instill dread. The environment is unforgiving: fall damage can break your legs, injuries require treatment, and resources are scarce. You’ll need to manage thirst, hunger, infection, and sanity while navigating a world that seems to hate you.
