Deep beneath the earth, scientists tried to reverse the effects of the ZNV-21 virus — and failed. The experiment created something worse. Subject 004 escaped to the surface, carrying the infection with it. Subject 003 still lurks below, evolving.

As one of the last survivors of Site-9, your mission is simple:
Find the Vault. Retrieve VV6 — the cure. Survive the aftermath.
