punmaster's Hardcore Survival Pack (pHSP) (FORGE)

Welcome, Adventurer! To punmaster's Hardcore Survival Pack!

This is a hardcore-style survival pack based around combat, exploration, and surviving the wild lands of the overworld, nether, end and deep-dark dimensions. as of this version, the modpack adds numerous combat mods, including the Better Combat mod, weapons and artifacts from Minecraft Dungeons, additional weapon types with Simply Swords and some packs dedicated to Better Combat. it also adds health scaling, TaN, and other mods to make surviving harder, along with harder-to-fight mobs (mobs spawn with more armor and tools, and have slightly randomized health for more random and interesting fights) 

It adds (more than) a few new things to combat:

-dual wielding (with special combos)

-unique combos for each weapon

-you can block 50% of melee damage with a sword (like in 1.8.9)

-axes only use up 1 durability point when used as a weapon (and you can use sword enchants on axes)

-mounted combat (see keybinds)

-shields can bash attacks and parry to stun the enemy (see keybinds i think)

-locational damage (for players only, sadly i cant have it for mobs)

-MC Dungeons Combat Roll mod, for quick movements and dodges

-so many weapons to choose from

-weapons and armor above netherite, including ultra-endgame weapons and armor

-enchantments can go above level 30

-armor can go above a full bar of armor

-many, many structures to explore and mobs to fight, including a whole new dimension (deeper and darker mod)

-mobs scale hp and damage as the game progresses, and also spawn with better armor and tools

Other notable additions:

-true darkness for a realistic nighttime feel (very dark)

-block breaking speed increases the closer you get to the block mined, and vice-versa for farther away (allows fore strategic mining that can be 1.3 times faster than normal mining)

-HK's treechop and treeplant for cutting down massive trees with ease

-WWOO overworld generation, for more realistic overworld environment

-InfernalExpansion for better nether environment (nether is still WIP)

-better end environment (still WIP)

-Minecraft Dungeons mobs, gear, artifacts, and armor for even more MC Dungeons style

-more ores, and unique ore generation (ores can gen in dirt, sand or gravel, these ore deposits only drop the nugget form of ores (copper nuggets, coal nuggets, flint, et cetera)

this is pretty much required because of how fast you can die if you dont have a sword or shield or a house by nighttime

-Thermal Foundation and Exploration (because all my friends are tech people and hate fighting)

-some QoL mods and compatibility mods

-much more!

NOTES:

this modpack is still under development, if you have any suggestions please feel free to comment on the curseforge website, as well as any bugs you find

(although i probably wont be of any help with the bugs, im not a coder)

this is also my first modpack ever, i think i did a good job

-THIS MODPACK IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH OPTIFINE

-I recommend AT LEAST 4.5 GB of RAM allocated to play this pack without lag, i played with 5.3 GB RAM and there was only minor lag. for no lag i recommend somewhere around 5.5 - 6 GB of RAM allocated

-I also recommend playing on normal difficulty, unless you are a god at pvp (mobs can and will kill you very fast on hardmode)
