A lightweight kitchen-sink style modpack offering some fun mods like Astral Sorcery, Immersive Engineering, and the relatively new mod Create, which features rotational mechanisms that can be seamlessly integrated into any aspect of Minecraft! The only limit to it is your own creativity.
The modpack is intended to be relatively light on the overall modload so computers with low specs can enjoy without framerate and RAM overload issues!
