Purple Pants Vanilla+

This modpack adds some very useful client-side mods and resource packs, giving Minecraft an overhaul with lots of Quality of Life features and improvements, without drifting too far from the vanilla experience. With this modpack installed, you can still join every vanilla server as the mods do not require a server-side installation.

Features and QoL improvements:

• 🎧 Sound Design overhaul, adding ambience sounds aswell as changing the default sounds, UI sounds and adding sound physics (hall effect in caves, muffled sounds behind walls and more)
• 📒 UI overhaul with nicer to look at containers, improved hotbar, better player locator, inventory buttons for sorting items, quick transfer and more + customizability
• 🗺️ Minimap + world map with waypoints that can also be shared with other players
• 🎙️ Proximity voice chat and group voice chat
• 🕺 More and improved animations (eating, third person and more)
• 🥞 Add the word "Plated" to a food item in the anvil to get a plate of the food which will look really nice in an item frame - nice for decoration or serving your friends!
• 📛 Nametags above pets or named items aswell as player nametags can be toggled
• 🫅 First person model improving the FP view and adding immersion
• 🎥 Better third person camera
• 🔭 Zoom slightly in (default button C) just like in the old Optifine days + configurable zoom and frames

Performance and graphical improvements:

• 🎨 Complimentary Reimagined shader adds tons of graphical improvements to the game without moving too far from the vanilla look and feel while also being performance friendly. It can be tweaked to your liking including cranking up the graphics quality by sacrificing FPS
• 🪜 3D items and textures aswell as 3D player skins
• 🛠️ Improved performance (more FPS), optimizations and less memory usage
• 🏞️ Greater view distance (configurable) without the performance cost (its saves already rendered chunks and loads them in the distance as "fake chunks" that dont actually cost any rendering performance
• 🧱 PBR features adding depth to most textures
• 🪟 Borderless window mode, so you can tab out without minimizing the game

Remember that resource packs and shaders are not active by default after installing this modpack.
