About
Description

The Quagsire Fanclub Discord community proudly presents the QuagCraft Modpack, a comprehensive Cobblemon modpack which takes bits and pieces of the official Cobblemon modpack, COBBLEVERSE, & other stylistically fitting sources, all coming together with the goal of creating an environment where any fellow Fanclub member can simply hop in and enjoy the world at their leisure. The intent is to keep complexity as far out of the equation as possible, and allow the gameplay to speak for itself.
This modpack is intended ONLY for use with the QuagCraft Minecraft Server. A full public release is not planned at this time. Mods which are only required on the server are not present in this modpack, which means that singleplayer worlds will play quite differently. Singleplayer will be available, but not supported at this time - maybe in the future.
All mods, data packs, and resource packs are available individually on Modrinth. A mod list will be made available here soon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are almost none of the server-side mods in the pack?
Simply put: the modpack is large enough as-is, and because it isn't really meant to exist for any purposes outside of the server, the fact is that keeping the server-side mods out of it keeps the file size down and the load times just barely reasonable. Simple as that.
Why no shaders?
At first, I considered shaders to be added to the pack by default. However, I quickly realized that enforcing a specific shader really doesn't make any sense when, by nature, shaders are so heavily dependent on personal preference. The best thing to do, ultimately, was to just let the end user install shaders for themselves if they so pleased. To my knowledge, QuagCraft is compatible with any shader you might want to use - but let me know if one isn't!
