As Thanos you can enter dimensions with the space stone, speed up time with the time stone, hit like a god with the power stone, duplicate blocks with the reality stone, become immortal with the soul stone which grants 100,000 hearts, and obtain the ability to fly with the mind stone. 

With many injections added you can become any super hero or villain you want, for some examples: the speed force injection gives you incredible speed, the Deadpool injection grants faster regen, speed, strength and jump boost.

With the ProjectE and ProjectEX mod you can store EMC and create endless amounts of it with the Power Flower Bonsai. These can be upgraded 15 times to generate tones of EMC, which can then be used to get any item you need if it has been put into the Transmutation table.
