This wonderful mod grants you to opportunity of a lifetime! It adds blocks to your world that you can mine for, which will either give you fossils or relics. It adds blocks to process these items into either displayable relics or prehistoric creatures to keep in your world!

The Aether

The Aether is a dimension in the clouds! It requires the same frame as a nether portal. but needs glowstone instead. If you journey to this perilous dimension, know that your tools will be ineffective. Make a new arsenal, fight through incredible dungeons, explore the lands high above your world!

Tinker's Construct

Do you want to forge your own tools to dominate your world? Then this is the perfect mod for you! Tinker's Construct offers a whole new way of toolmaking. Build your own forge and create your perfect tool with customizable parts. Just remember to get lava to fuel your smeltery.

Mo' Creatures

Mo' Creatures offers to add more life to your Minecraft world with exciting new animals and mobs! This wonderful mod adds many animals you may recognize, along with some new monsters to add more of a challenge to your world. Tame, kill, capture, the choice is yours.

Applied Energetics 2

This mod is a bit of a doozey for people new to modded Minecraft. AE2 is a technology mod made to give the player many choices on how to automate and enhance their bases. It offers many complex and enjoyable machines to use at your leisure.
