The "only" mod pack in which you are thrown right into the world and must fight smiley abominations made out of other people's rotting flesh on day one! The world is slowly dying one parasite at a time, so get your butt out there and burn them straight back to hell where they came from!
If you somehow die, don't give up yet! Bring a friend with you and they'll be able to get you back on your feet! If they die? Well all hopes lost then!
