Unlike traditional horror modpacks filled with dozens of monsters, SirenHead Survival focuses on creating tension through atmosphere, sound design, and the constant feeling that something might be watching you.

Every journey into the wilderness can become dangerous. During the day you can explore, gather supplies, and improve your equipment. But when night falls, the atmosphere changes completely. The sounds become louder, the forests become darker, and Siren Head may be somewhere nearby.
