SMP Rhapsody: A Large 50+ Player SMP Dedicated Modpack

I used to be friends with a lot of small Minecraft streamers back in 2020-2021 who would stream a lot of Vanilla Minecraft SMPs.  But whenever they tried modded, it was issue after issue after issue and it made everything incredibly stressful, even when it's just for vanilla plus mods.

SMP Rhapsody is here to refresh the Minecraft experience in a meaningful way where streamers/youtubers and their communities can have a wonderful experience with mods carefully handpicked and configured in order to make anyone who's never played mods before have an awesome time!

This modpack is heavily optimized to where the loading screens, world loading, chunk loading, have little to no time difference between SMP Rhapsody and Vanilla.  My friends and I stress tested the server, proving that it can hold up to vanilla server performance standards with the right server!

-Designed to be played on Hard mode!

-Mods fully configured/tested and left on specific versions for best gameplay

-Custom music discs containing streamer-friendly music (mod dev got approval from all of the music writers.)

-New biomes and beautiful caves that offer awesome building areas such as Subterranean Wilderness (I took out the performance heavy decoration), Voyage, and Environmental

-Over 800 new base building blocks from Architect's Pallete, Skinned Lanterns, Additional Bars, Chimes, and Extra Details

-Vanilla style mobs from Outvoted, Fins and Tails, Frozen Up, Dungeons Mobs, and my own mod Comfortable Nether

-New structure generation from Repurposed Structures and Stables

-More dangerous raids from an early version of Dungeons Mobs mod that includes the first set of armored Illagers, Squall Golems, Redstone Golem, and Geomancer.

-Can hold a ton of players at once with the right server.

-A ton of fixes that vanilla Minecraft doesn't provide

-Performance enhancing mods such as Clumps, Entity Culling, FPS Reducer, and AI Improvements.  This modpack can run on 2-3GB of ram

-Enjoyable in both survival AND creative!

Future features I want to add

-A new Nether world type where you can choose to start in the Nether instead of the Overworld.  The Nether is built so you can survive there without highly buffed mobs attacking you.

-A multiplayer option where some players can choose to either start in the Overworld or the Nether on a server.
