Sniver's Essentials is full of performance mods, and also some useful mods that I like to use. This modpack includes performance mods like Sodium, Lithium, Iris! It also contains Apple Skin, and other QOL mods.
Why I recommend it
It can be used on any multiplayer server, realm, or single player world. It also improves performance. And my favorite thing. If my friend wants me to hop on a multiplayer server as fast as possible, because of Dashloader, I can load the game in less than 10 seconds!
