What kind of mods are in here is it scary?

No it is not scary just made for people to have a fun survival challenge togheter.There are mods like carry on,alex's mobs, comforts, falling tree's and farmers delight and so many more!

What kind of gameplay should i expect from this modpack?

You should expect a hard but not to har survival gameplay in the first night you will probaly have to make a hole and a campfire so you dont freeze to death with the cold sweat mod.

Does it have optifne installed?

No it does not as i dont know how to add that yet but you can definetly add it yourself after you dowloaded just click when you have downloaded go to "my modpack" then click on "snow wonders" Then click on the three dots and go into the "mods" folder and add optifine it is as easy as that!
