Description

This modpack optimizes Minecraft by increasing FPS through multiple mods that reduce lag, improve chunk loading and help smooth the gameplay without altering most of the core minecraft mechanics.

Steinbank Refined also tries to improve the look of the game by mods like Hold my Items, Bobby and Iris.

⚠️There are some mods that could be bannable on some servers (xaeros minimap/worldmap and clientsort) so please use with care!⚠️

Alongside mods, the pack includes preinstalled texturepacks that give the game new animations (Fresh Animations) and a better look, they are not enabled by default.

Core Mods:

  • Sodium and additions -> boost FPS and improve rendering
  • Iris -> allows shaders
  • Hold my Items -> immersive item holding
  • Xaeros Minimap + Worldmap -> navigation tools
  • Bobby -> raises the chunk loading cap beyond 32 chunks for extended render distance
